Chicken Coop & Poultry Spray

True Roost™ Chicken & Coop Spray is a convenient, ready-to-use plant-based poultry-care spray featuring peppermint oil, clove oil, a coconut-based surfactant and fatty acid ingredients.

Created with backyard chicken keepers in mind, it offers a convenient spray format that can be incorporated into regular coop-care and maintenance routines, following the product label.

It's simple! Begin by removing soiled bedding, droppings and loose debris from your coop.

Clean the relevant areas and apply True Roost™ Spray to surfaces specifically approved in the product directions.

Follow the labelled application amount, frequency and drying instructions before allowing chickens back into treated areas.

No mixing or dilution is intended for this ready-to-use format, unless the final label says otherwise.

Each True Roost™ bottle contains 500ml of spray.

How long it lasts depends on the size of your coop, the approved surface area being treated and the application amount specified on the label.

For customers who prefer to keep extra bottles available, we offer convenient 1, 2, 3 and 4-bottle bundles.

Choose the bundle that best suits your individual coop-care needs.

Peppermint and clove oils contain naturally occurring aromatic compounds that have been investigated in various pest-related studies.

However, the effectiveness of a finished spray against particular parasites depends on its formulation, concentration, testing and authorised uses.

Do not rely on True Roost™ to eliminate or prevent mites or lice unless those claims are confirmed and authorised for the final product.

If your flock has an active infestation, use an appropriate authorised treatment and seek veterinary advice where needed.

Only use the spray directly on poultry if the final product is specifically approved and labelled for that application.

Essential oils, including peppermint and clove oil, may cause irritation or other adverse effects depending on their concentration and application method.

Until direct poultry use has been confirmed, do not spray the product onto chickens or other birds.

Always avoid eyes, nostrils, feed and drinking water.

Suitability for laying hens depends on the final formulation, authorised application method and product safety assessment.

Follow the approved product label for any restrictions involving laying hens, nesting areas and egg collection.

Do not assume that a plant-based formula is automatically safe for direct use on laying poultry or around eggs.

True Roost™ is being developed with chicken and coop care in mind.

Different poultry species can have different sensitivities to essential oils and other formulation ingredients.

Do not apply the spray directly to ducks, quail or other birds unless the final product label expressly permits that use.

Check the approved directions before using the product in shared poultry housing.
